FastStone Image Viewer is a free image convertor/editor/browser. It has a lot of useful features and a friendly interface. Among most popular tools we would like to mention: comparison, red-eye removal, lossles JPEG transitions, emailing, resizing, cropping, color adjustments, thumbnail browser, high quality magnifier, a musical slideshow, drop shadow effects, image annotation, scanner support, histogram and much more. It also supports a lot of graphic files formats such as :BMP, JPEG, JPEG 2000, animated GIF, PNG, PCX, TIFF, ICO and TGA. It is a nice, safe and fast software that is also very easy to use so you don't need to be an expert to use it.
